What are the benefits of subscribing to World 4 Pets?

You'll receive a 5% discount on qualifying subscription orders of World 4 Pets products.

Payment is also automated, so you only have to set your order up once, and then relax whilst we organise the rest.

You can also choose how frequently you'd like to receive World 4 Pets products, with delivery options including:
Every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks

There's no lock-in, meaning you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay on subscription orders.

Do you keep my bank details?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then your credit card details are stored securely by our ecommerce partner, Shopify, for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Your card details are deleted once the purchase is completed.

Do you deliver to my area?

We do have restricted areas we can deliver our meat and bones to, as they are sent via cold freight. Simply type your suburb into the pop up on the home screen, or in the search at the bottom of the home screen, or you can confirm at the check out.

As for orders not including meat and bones, they are posted through Australia post.

We are currently only delivering meat and bones within NSW, ACT and Queensland but will be expanding to more states in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia - so apologies to our international community!

My order was incorrect, what do I do?

We aim to make your online and in-store experience as hassle free as possible. If you have any questions before or after placing your order please feel free to contact us via: (02) 7200 7270 or

You may return or exchange your order up to 14 days from the day on which you receive your order (excluding fresh/frozen products). We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect selection as per Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received a faulty product or an incorrect item or have an enquiry regarding posting back an item, please contact us on (02) 7200 7270 or so we can arrange the return with you.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your delivery date will depend upon what date you select when setting up your subscription.

World 4 Pets uses a courier service and Australia Post as our regular shipping service. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email along with a tracking number.

Why am I being charged twice for shipping on my subscription order?

If you are subscribing to receive multiple products and your subscription order displays a shipping charge twice, please check whether all your products are due to be delivered at the same frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks…) or whether you have selected for these products to be delivered at different frequencies.

If you have selected for your products to be delivered at different frequencies, Shopify automatically treats these as “separate” orders. This is a limitation of Shopify and cannot be avoided right now.

To ensure you are only being charged one shipping fee you’ll need to ensure that the products you’ve selected are to be delivered at the same time period (ie. every 8 weeks, for example).

Where are your products made?

All of our meat is sorted, packed, minced and personally checked by us in our very own meat processing facility, to the very best hygiene standards in temperature controlled conditions that have been certified by the NSW Food Authority.

Do you use Australian ingredients?

All of our fresh meat, bones and organs are sourced here in Australia.

What’s the best way to store my World 4 Pets products?

The majority of our meat and bones are delivered frozen, to ensure the freshness of the product when it arrives to you. Our products are delivered state-wide in refrigerated vehicles.

Your order will be processed and packed in our refrigerated warehouse. Inside the box your products will be packed in an insulated bag and will include ice packs. It is then placed in a refrigerated vehicle for transport. We do recommend unpacking your order and placing it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after it arrives.
