Here at World 4 Pets getting your order to you as fast as possible is our priority. Orders for fresh and frozen products dispatch from our warehouse twice a week for NSW deliveries and once a week for QLD deliveries. Dry goods orders, where possible, will leave the next business day via Aust Post, though we ask you to please allow up to 3 days for dispatch in case of times when we are receiving high volumes of orders. You will be notified if there is any possibility of a longer delay. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item.

Once your order leaves us it is in the hands of our courier and/or Australia Post and is subject to their delivery times and any delays they may be experiencing.

All orders that have fresh or frozen products, will be delivered in refrigerated vehicles. The majority of our meat and bones are shipped frozen, to ensure the freshness of the product when it arrives to you.

Your order will be processed and packed in our refrigerated warehouse. Inside the box your products will be packed in an insulated bag and will include ice packs. We do recommend unpacking your order and placing it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after it arrives.

For all orders sent via refrigerated courier, you will receive a fulfilment e-mail when it leaves us and is in the hands of the courier. The courier will then send you a SMS notification the night before your order is to be delivered and another when you order has arrived and considered completed.

World 4 Pets is currently only shipping orders within NSW & QLD.
