Returns Policy
We aim to make your online and in-store experience as hassle free as possible. If you have any questions before or after placing your order please feel free to contact us via:

You may return or exchange your order up to 14 days from the day on which you receive your order. (excluding fresh/frozen products). We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect selection as per Australian Consumer Law.
All returns and exchanges are to be posted back to us at the expense of the customer. This does NOT include fresh and frozen meat/bone orders. Any fresh and frozen meat/bone issues are to be addressed within 48 hours of receiving your order by phone or e-mail and will be dealt with accordingly.
Items posted back to us are expected to be packed appropriately to avoid any damage. We also recommend the customer obtains tracking as lost parcels on route back to us are not our responsibility, nor is damage caused in transport on the way back to us. Return parcels will need to include a copy of your order number and a note explaining the reasons for the return. All Items that are returned to us must be unused, in clean condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. You must organise your own return and no shipping fees will be returned from the original purchase or the return shipping fee.
Items being exchanged will have a return shipping fee. We will contact you once the item is returned to us and advise any price difference in the item being exchanged as well as the return shipping fee cost.
Alternatively, you can also exchange your goods at one of our two stores. Please contact us before doing so.
If you have received a faulty product or an incorrect item or have an enquiry regarding posting back an item, please contact us on (02) 7200 7270 or orders@world4pets.com.au so we can arrange the return with you.

Palatability Claims
We understand that some pets are picky eaters and sometimes they just do not take to new foods. If you are wanting to return a particular dry food, please contact us on (02) 7200 7270. Refunds on open bags of food are subject to our suppliers return policies. Returns will only be considered when the bag contains no less than 75% of the original feed and is returned with the receipt from the original purchase.
