Maximum limit not good

Very happy with quality of your products. Not happy at all with the maximum order limit. Living on the Gold Coast and a second order would cost me nearly $70 only in delivery. That is not affordable .So I can’t order what I used to order. Not really happy about that. Needs to change.

A lot of thick fat chunks

We always get premium beef but this time around there is big chunks of fat. I feed these to my cats daily and they are having trouble chewing through. So I’ve been cutting it with scissors before feeding them. Might have to switch to semi lean or the human grade lean mince if the next batch has fat chunks.
