YES! Your order will be delivered to you in a refrigerated vehicle!
All orders that have fresh or frozen products, will be be delivered in refrigerated vehicles. The majority of our meat and bones are shipped frozen, to ensure the freshness of the product when it arrives to you. We are currently only shipping fresh/frozen orders within NSW & QLD. But other states will be added in the future.
Your order will be processed and packed in our refrigerated warehouse. Inside the box your products will be packed in an insulated bag and will include ice packs. We do recommend unpacking your order and placing it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after it arrives.
Unlike Australia Post, cold freight couriers are a lot smaller. This means they have set days for deliveries & do not service remote regional areas. It is essential that you check your suburb before placing an order to ensure our courier delivers to your address.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a fulfilment notification email from us. Your next notification will be from our courier who will send customers a SMS with tracking details the evening before delivery. Once delivered the courier will send the customer a SMS to say that their order has arrived. For more on our shipping conditions please click HERE
All orders which do not contain any of our fresh or frozen meat products will be shipped via Australia Post and will leave us within 1-2 business days. Customers will be sent a tracking number so they can watch for their delivery arrival.
