This Agreement applies to all users of websites owned by World 4 Pets Pty Ltd. Users are hereinafter referred to as customers or ‘you’, and World 4 Pets Pty Ltd referred to the business or the company, or the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’.

- Stock Availability
Due to a high turnover and having two retail stores, our stock levels are constantly changing. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will endeavour to have the item within two business days and off to you on the third, if not sooner. If there is any further delay expected, you will be contacted by a staff member and notified. You may also be offered an alternative product, store credit or refund. We do not hold responsibility for manufacturers or suppliers being sold out of certain products or having prolonged stock delays.
- Fresh & Frozen Goods
We pride ourselves in the quality of our fresh products, which are all sourced from reputable Australian sources. All meat packaging and handling is done in a cool, clean environment that applies high food safety standards and practices. All fresh and frozen goods are packaged in a facility endorsed by the NSW Food Authority.
If you have placed an order of fresh and/or frozen products through our site, your order will be shipped by a third party refrigerated courier. The majority of products ordered online will be sent frozen. This is to ensure the freshness of the product when it arrives to you.
4. Products
Certain products may be available exclusively at our retail stores or online through our website.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
We have made every effort to describe and display products as accurately as possible. All descriptions of products are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.

All advertised prices include GST and are in Australian dollars.
Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to do so without notice. If you have placed an order with us and not yet paid, the price on the date of the order will be honoured.
- Payment Methods
Payment for all Products and Services must be by credit or debit card or any other payment method listed on the online checkout page of the site.
You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in store and online.
Orders will be charged to your nominated payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure your accepted payment method details are valid and up to date. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment processing.
