Kangaroo Mince

My dog loves the raw food diet we put him on, world 4 pets meat is great quality, arrives when it is supposed to. Nothing bad to say about our experience with them, we've tried other brands, but stick with world 4 pets as they have never let us down

My British shorthair cats absolutely love the Roo mince. They smash it out and clean up the plates in seconds. My biggest issue is that you need to order a week in advance and I often run out before the next delivery arrives. Due to lack of freezer space i have to order 5kg at a time. It comes in a giant slab and is extremely hard to portion and store without thawing the whole thing. It’s not food safe to defrost, portion and refreeze the raw meat. Very inconvenient and time consuming to wrestle with the frozen block. One of the more expensive places for delivery charges (on pet food). The packaging is high quality and keeps the food frozen for hours after delivery.

Improvements:
1. If you can somehow give 1kg packs instead of the slab that be the best thing ever.
2. More frequent deliveries
3. The website doesn’t work properly. When you try to edit your cart (increase decrease or remove items) it freezes completely. Also the subscription option is default set to 1 week subscription instead of your desired frequency.

Highly recommend the Roo mince. Thank you for keeping my pets healthy and well fed.

All my dogs love the kangaroo mince, its a great leaner protein which I feed along turkey, duck, fish and lamb.....its a favorite, bowls are always licked clean

Last order the kangaroo mince was quite chunky and had to be cut up so our cats could eat it. Quality was, still good.
