The Avitrol mite and lice spray is an effective pyrethrin based spray used for the control of mites and lice on both birds and their environments.

  • Active: 0.5g/L Pyrethrins; 5g/L piperonyl butoxide

    Pyrethrins, piperonyl butoxide, Nonoxynol N-9, Butoxyethanol, glycerol, formalin, colour

  • Hold the spray roughly 40cm away from the bird and spray directly onto the feathers, Avoiding the area around the eyes. To avoid re-infestation treat the caged area, any perches, nest boxes or places where the bird like to sit as mites will lay their eggs in secluded places.
